Pregnancy and childbirth are just two of the most enjoyable and natural events a woman will experience in her life. However, many women go through their pregnancy and give birth at a state of total fear.
Actually, the problem seems to have been created from the simple fact that with the arrival of widespread information through the internet, women have access to more trying info than ever before. Our medical society appears to be guilty of focusing more on possible issues compared to the fact that pregnancy and birth are normal incidents. Television can also be guilty of resisting pregnancy and childbirth as harmful and frequently has a negative consequence.
This may be the reason why underdeveloped nations see pregnancy as a simple and normal stage in a woman’s life and that childbirth is less feared than in our more developed countries.
The cesarean rate has reached an unprecedented high and one woman out of three will not have to experience the natural birth of her infant. With this specific cesarean rate so large one can honestly ask if we are really doing the mommy and the infant for a service حوامل. In some hospitals, they’re even offering caesareans on demand but this type of practice should be challenged. Any surgery, such as caesareans, carry higher risks of infections and bleeding among other complications. We also should keep in mind that although the rate of operative deliveries has skyrocketed within the past two decades, the overall well-being of the newborn has stayed pretty much the same.
A pregnant woman should know about all of the negative messages she’s exposed to during her pregnancy. By being aware of this, she’ll then have the ability to select more favorable readings, and viewings (pictures, web sites, etc) so as to get ready for a joyful birth.
I am on no account saying that medical technology is bad. We have come a very long way and I would never go back to the crude pregnancy and childbirth care which we had. After all, once I do medical missions in third world countries, I get to witness what kind of prenatal care could do.
What I am saying is that many pregnancy will go well and many childbirth will end-up nicely so why to stress out the prospective parents together with all the things that may go wrong and not prepare them to experience a calm arrival of the baby.
After all, it’s the job of the medical professionals to ensure that the mother and the baby are doing well and use the available technology whenever required. The role of the parents is one of preparing nicely but in a certain way.
